One of only 465 produced for 1962 with all matching numbers powerglide and 327/300 hp engine. Earned NCRS Top Flight award in Heartland Regional judging in DesMoines, following a meticulous frame-off concours level restoration using mostly NOS parts. Currently equipped with freshly rebuilt dual quad setup using WCFB carbs mounted on an enlarged port oem manifold making for much improved performance and cosmetic presentation. Original manifold, rebuilt Carter AFB, linkage, fuel line, valve covers and air cleaner go with the car. The Corvette rides on excellent original style BF Goodrich Silvertown whitewalls wearing highly polished original wheelcovers. A second set of white steel wheels, blackwall radials and small hubcaps are also included for better handling. No visible flaws on paint and interior with the engine bay, undercarriage and trunk highly detailed to show condition. Fresh lube, oil and filter installed. An outstanding example of a very rare, drivable and showable final edition C1 Corvette.
